Will all of our vet bills be covered?
No. Pet Insurance is there for unexpected situations, but routine costs are not covered. This means that you should be prepared for vaccinations, boosters, worming treatment, and other routine medical attention that your pet may require.
Pet insurance also will not cover pre-existing conditions (illnesses and disabilities that were present before the insurance was purchased).
Is there a time limit on my pet’s cover?
NO! Although some other policies may limit your pet's cover to 12 months or even less, More Th>n knows that you can't control the length of your pet's illnesses and that its important to have an insurance provider who understands this. More Th>n pet insurance is there to stand by your side, no matter how long your pet is ill.
Will my policy help if my pet goes missing?
YES! More Th>n will cover up to £600 of the cost of finding your pet, whether it's for advertising or offering a reward. If, despite your best efforts, the pet is not recovered, More Th>n will provide up to £600 toward the purchase price of your pet.
My pet is not a recognised breed; will I still be able to purchase cover?
YES! More Th>n offers a flexible and comprehensive policy for most types of cats and dogs. Whether your pet is a purebred poodle, a German Shepard/Chihuahua mix, or an unidentifiable cross-breed, More Th>n will be there to help. See the next question for a list of dogs that More Th>n is unable to cover.

Is there an age limit?
NO! Once your pet is covered with More Th>n, they will not stop your policy simply because your pet grows older. The only benefit that is age-determined is the cover of the pets purchase price should it be lost or die. This benefit ceases on the pet's 9th birthday.
Will there be a delay if I have to claim for vet treatment?
NO! More Th>n offers fast and fuss-free claim processing, with 95% of claims processed the same day they are received.
Will making a claim affect my insurance?
Usually not. More Th>n does not place a time limit on how long they will provide cover for an illness. This means that More Th>n will keep providing cover even after your policy has been renewed, so you can claim up to the maximum benefit as long as your More Th>n policy remains current.
